I saw your discussion with some of the blog commenters there and posted a comment to you but it probably won't go through (NOM has this lovely little habit of censoring comments they don't like). What I said there, though, was that I've spent the last few weeks trying to talk with these people and have finally come to the conclusion that in fact many of them do agree with Sprigg's desire to outlaw gay behavior (if not gay people) outright. They are extremists, diehard bigots, and no amount of calm and rational discussion will persuade them. God's wrath, perhaps, but that's about it. The only reason to continue debating on the NOM blog is for the benefit of any lurkers who may be reading and who may be less insane. (Chairm? Good God!) Anyway, keep up the good fight!
